"My kids said the pool was warm but it was packed full! The hallway stunk like cigarettes smoke so someone was smoking in the hallway. My son needed a blanket and the one brought up was dirty had to call and get another one. "

"Room had visible cables coming from ceiling, along wall about 8 ft and to the tv. No cable tv, just streaming services using your own account. If the lady cooking the foid ever quits they will be in trouble. Stay was fine no major complaints"

"Well when we went for breakfast the guy had pulled the stuff for the waffles so he can wash them when their was a hour left for breakfast, milk wasn't stocked, also the hot tub needs to be bigger. Also pool parties should not be allowed cause they get to be rude to the guests."

"The best part of the stay-Rikki the front desk gal was great. Appeared to have had a rough life but was sweet as they come. The rest left a lot to be desired. Marijuana smoke wafting through the halls, the people employed there were also living there, no secure entrance- doors wide open to public, old, dated & not the cleanest rooms, heat from wall unit cycled every 2-3 Minutes & was very loud. No wall insulation & could see under doors so any noise in or outside was heard. Ice machine auger broken so needed to scoop ice off the top. Shady looking guests on the phone sitting on the stairs you use to get to your room. No elevator-not ADA compliant. Posted policy was to notify them of complaints within 20mn of arrival or no refunds. I would not stay there again if someone paid me! "
