First class accommodation with a warm welcome and friendly staff. Highly recommended

Great stay. Will recommend perfect for families

Extremely friendly and helpful host - taking very good care of us even when we were coming late (2am) and leaving early (6 am) - highly recommended

Lovely and quiet apartment only 10 minuets walk away from the centre of Vienna. We are a family of 4 (children 6 and 4) and there was plenty of space for the children to play and for us to have somewhere to sit and relax once the children were asleep. Cleaned daily and it was spotless. Kitchen good for preparing light meals and breakfast.

Beautiful large room .Very clean. Good instructions regarding use of access codes. The room faced main road but this was fine gjven double glazed windows + shutters. Very close to underground station taking one into town. In summary I would certainly stay again at "Sissi West"

Hotel is wonderfully located with easy access to trams and metro to the city and airport. There is a slight walk for tram and metro stops but even with for a baby and two large suitcases it wasn't too bad. Hotel staff are very friendly and we're very accommodating with our late arrival and we were able to leave our luggage at reception on check out as we had a late departure. Room was clean and travel cot provided was sufficient for our needs.

Fabulous stay! Apartment was big, clean, had everything I could need and in a really convenient location. All communication, entry codes etc through the app which was easy. Will definitely look out for other Numa apartments in other cities.

The apartment was smart, very well equipped, warm, and spotlessly clean. It is conveniently placed for us, close to our son and his family.

Exceeded our expectations! Hotel is about a 2 minute walk straight out of the main Vienna train station (plus the underground Metro). Warm welcome, very friendly staff. Room was huge, spacious, very modern, very clean and honestly was fantastic. Mini kitchen with tiny dishwasher, electric hob, large fridge (with small freezer) and oven and sink. Came with Nespresso machine and capsules. View was onto other apartments and, with the window closed, you didn't even notice the trains. Large...

Our apartment was even nicer than the website photos - well euipped with good quality stuff. Very clean. Fabulous location - we walked everywhere and very clean, safe area. Staff were helpful and ever friendly. Breakfast was yummy - being vegan the choices are often limited but here i was spoilt for choice with the buffet spread and Cihad (apologies if I've spelled that wrong!!) cooked to order and was extremely attentive - truly delicious thank you. Would definitely stay there again - can't...

Overall good property and would stay there again.

Clean room, access process nice and easy.
