There was no spa pool, tried to make a booking before our stay for a massage, was sent a message staying our request was waitlisted? Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa
The hotel was lovely but the swimming pool was small and there were children splashing around the who time so not very relaxing. The waitresses for the meals are not very efficient. The Vale Golf and Country Club
Wifi very poor. Poor selection of biscuits when the clubhouse is so remote and closed on an evening. Breakfast expensive for 1 sausage, 1 poached egg and two fatty rations of bacon and 1/2 a tomato & 1 slice of toast with no marmalade or butter.
