"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"The hotel is very well located, just a 10-minute walk from the airport. This was very convenient, as our plane landed late and we were traveling with two children. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had booked a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room was quite small, especially when the sofa bed was unfolded. However, since we were only staying overnight, it didn't bother us too much. The room was clean and, despite its location, very quiet. It had an easy-to-use air conditioner. The bathroom was also clean, although the glass shower screen leaked. We really enjoyed the breakfast, and our children especially loved the pancake machine. All in all, we had a very good stay; it was a great place to relax amidst all the travel chaos. We would definitely book it again."

"Very big hotel in that our room was quite far away from entrance. Weddings /parties all weekend so was busy but not noisy. Spacious bedroom. Clean. Good breakfast. Lovely choice of cocktails but a bit pricey. So was wine but then it's a hotel with not much nearby so was willing to pay. Lots of helpful staff. Dinner was great. Well kept grounds to walk around. Only thing I asked for - hair conditioner was unavailable."

"Couldn’t fault the room I stayed in , however a family member also stayed and she didn’t have a/c in her room and was given a fan , apparently not all the rooms have a/c. On check out , there was only one man on reception and it took 40 mins to check out. My refund still hasn’t gone back onto my card for the £50 holding fee, waiting 2 weeks after. Bar staff were very slow and didn’t seem to know what was going on and also ran out of paper in the machine multiple times which caused further delays."

"Checking prompt and efficient. The room, although small was ok for our stay. Loved the White Company products in the bathroom. Tea/coffee in the room was a bonus. Iron and ironing board useful too. Breakfast was great from cereal, yoghurts, fruit juices, sausage, bacon, beans, mushrooms, fried, poached & scrambled eggs and omelettes to order, Danish pasties and coffee station highly recommend. The car park was also free for hotel guests."
