"The staff were friendly. The shared amenities were in good condition and in good order. Unfortunately the floor in our room was dirty and I found hair in some dried stuck on debris on the floor. I did speak to reception who said they would get it sorted but it never got sorted. The bed was comfy and clean and the bathroom pristine. The tv wasn’t working and nor was the swing function on the air con but we did report this on check out. "

"The rooms are incredibly tired and worse, dirty. I initially thought the room I checked into wasn’t ready as there was a bare doona on the bed without a cover. I realised that they only have sheets and pillowcase and the doona has no cover. I opened the fridge and immediately had to shut it because the of the smell of rancid milk. Someone has split milk and not been cleaned. The bathroom is tired and the shower sprayed water out the top of the fitting soaking much of the bathroom. The room didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned in some time. The table had a layer of thick dust. Was supposed to go back later this week for a second stay but cancelled. Very disappointing. "
