Buck Island Trip

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. The staff was super helpful and our room was clean. Although the beach had sargassum, they were very accommodating and offered us shuttles to the near by beaches free of charge. Would def come back here!

The property is in a great location where you could walk into Cruz Bay for shopping and restaurants. It had all the amenities that you needed.

Surprised by power outages. TVS did not include guides to determine channels. The restaurant service seemed rather slow.

The property is beautiful the staff was good. They don’t have everyday guest service: u have to call them if you need clean towels and toilet tissue or clean sheets. The service is not automatic like everywhere else that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Overall it is a very beautiful property

It’s a stunning, unique hotel. One great way to keep the wrong people from visiting? Tell them that there are no televisions in the rooms! From my perspective, that’s a big plus! And it signals that this hotel, combines luxury, history, and is aimed at the type of traveler who did not come to watch TV..
