"The reception staff were helpful especially with the parking situation, however it would be remiss of me to not highlight the state of the hotel in terms of facilties. All a little tired and broken, however for the price what would you expect. The photos no longer match as these were evidentally taken a long time ago and the condition has deteriorated. I didn't use the spa facilities so I cannot comment on those. But for the value, location, free parking and free breakfast you really cannot...

The front desk was super helpful and informative, and even helped me with their in-house service that was available same day. We booked the presidential suite as we had the four of us staying, and it is one of the most amazing and unique hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in!"
