Our family had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel’s breakfast was the best part. They had a variety of options to accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. There’s a subway line in close proximity to the hotel along with many restaurants, shopping malls, and stores. This made it convenient for us. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

My favorite hotel in Bucheon
In a time when most hotels use the covid pandemic as an excuse to stop paying their housekeeping staff, this hotel kept my room tidy, clean, and supplied each day of my stay.

my only problem was an inability (to understand the thermostat?) to control heat in the room, first night was very hot and could not lower, second night went the opposite way and was cold, had to call the front desk and they had to remotely turn on other than that, i was quite satisfied

Very convenient location and lots of shopping center around hotel. I was stay two days when I check out time delay they happy to extend 2hour 30min.

One of my favorite places to visit and stay
I really enjoy my stay here, every time I visit. The staff is friendly and considerate. Each time I left or returned to the hotel, I was always greeted with a warm smile and bow from the front desk. I also quite enjoy the location: There are small streams along several of the nearby streets, and the nighttime street view is fascinating. It is very close to the Sang-dong subway station, to which the rest of Seoul and Incheon can be accessed. There are plenty of nearby restaurants ranging from completely Western to very Korean, so the nearby food should accommodate any taste. The room is always clean and includes everything needed for an international traveler: electrical outlet adapters, standard hygiene supplies, etc. On this most recent visit, I returned one evening to a pleasant surprise as management had left a small Korean Thanksgiving present for me. I plan to stay here again next time I visit South Korea.

In Bucheon this is my choice
The friendly staff and location makes this a great place to stop. You have Outback Steakhouse nearby and shopping.

I booked because of location, near by highway outside of Seoul. But, this was a motel.Maybe a decent motel. Outdated furnishing, carpet, and bathroom.

Hotel is little bit old and room has very bad smoking smell. Location is not close from Inchon airport at all. Airport bus is 10 minutes walking distance. Even subway between airport and the hotel requires several transfer. Taxi fares is around $35 including tolls.

My recent trip to Korea
I picked this hotel because I was familiar with the location. It was the first time that I had reserved a room at a hotel in Korea on-line and I was pleasantly surprised that everything went well without any snag. I did not want to rent a car at the Incheon airport (ICN) and drive to the hotel, especially in a rainy night.. A taxi to the hotel costs about $60, but I chose to take bus Nr. 7001 at exit 7B. The bus's LAST stop is the Bucheon Bus Terminal (it takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there). From the terminal, I took a taxi to the hotel (5 min. $ 3.00).

Pros and Cons
Pros: Good location two blocks from subway entrance, good breakfast selection, very nice front desk staff, very large room. Cons: The beds were made of granite. The bathroom was updated but not very clean. The furniture and carpet were worn and dirty. They need replacing.

Nice Clean Friendly Hotel - Bucheon
I travel extensively to Asia and this was a first time staying at the Koryo Hotel in Bucheon. The location is perfect to local restaurants, pubs and shopping areas by foot. The hotel staff are friendly to visitors and very accommodating. I stay here often in my future trips from Washington DC to Seoul, Korea. Thanks for making my trip pleasant. Mark Winters

Front Desk Staff Appalling
I've stayed here 3 times only because there are not many other "acceptable" hotels in Bucheon, since most of the rest are motels. The rooms are actually not too shabby but the attitude of the staff especially the front desk is horridly appalling. I've never felt so unwelcome before, they never greet you, they never even smile, they never help with the bags, and all 3 times upon check-in, they just look at you as you enter without a single greeting, waiting for you to say something. As I just chip in "I'm checking in" the first word they spit out is "Passport" curtly. Seriously? The worse thing was during my last check out when I asked the hotel to arrange for a taxi to the airport. I initially asked for just the normal taxi but the front desk staff said they usually arranged for the black "premier" airport taxi with a fixed rate of 50,000 won. Was fine for me but sure enough upon arrival at the airport the driver said the fixed rate is only applicable if using cash, if using credit card you had to pay for the actual metered amount which amounted to 68,000 won. If this was true, the front desk staff had the responsibility to inform me of such an arrangement. Just enter without any expectations, with a simple straightforward room, and you'll be fine. But just beware the front desk staff are one of the most unapproachable staff I've ever came across for hotels in this price range in Korea.

Went for my best friends wedding. Had lived in Bucheon for four years so I know the area and hotel well and it can't be beat. The breakfast was awesome. Location great. Would stay here again!
