I stayed in for 3 days and my room was never cleaned. At the breakfast buffet the attendant serves food on your plate rather than letting you pick your portion. I asked for water and never came - the water in the room's refrigerator was frozen and could not be consumed. The Floor in my room had lots of dust and made my feet muddy when I got out of the shower.

Me siento como en casa

La atencion en este hotel es muy buena, empezando cuando uno llega el personal es muy amable, por otra parte las habitaciones son confortables y super limpias, los espacios en general del hotel son bonitos, la comida que brindad es deliciosa(en mi caso, tenia desayuno incluido) y sobre todo las recomendaciones que dan son muy buenas. He estado en este hotel dos veces y lo haría nuevamente.

Well worth a miss

this hotel is overrated!! AC didnt work so I got a noise fan instead. the hotel is located on a busy street and you can hear cars and people all night long. check in was quick but check out very slow as they had to send someone to verify manually if you had something from the fridge. there are better hotels in town for the same price!

Muy Molesta cuenta no muy clara

La únicas quejas que tengo sobre el hotel es que se hizo un pago de 983.000 y sólo abonaron a la liquidación final de la cuenta 782.000; no saben con claridad cual es la negociación que tienen entre hoteles.com y serranía. Me siento estafada. La bulla de las discotecas vecinas no permiten el descanso
