The attention to detail was brilliant, it was my partners birthday and they provided cake, balloons and a letter from the staff for a small fee. We were always greeted by staff at the reception and the room/hotel was spotless and incredibly attentive. Would stay here again and have recommended to all friends and family who are looking at visiting Krakow.

Great staff, fantastic location. Rooms are slightly dated, but thats the only thing I can think of. Shower pressure and temp was also very good.

We had a fantastic stay here. The room was spacious, very clean and a lovely comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely little gym to use and a great breakfast buffet. Will happily come back when we are next in Katowice.
