The next staff member was abrupt when I asked for conditioner for my hair. I was informed they didn’t provide that except during their busy season. The bed was only a little better than laying on bricks. I’ve never slept on a harder mattress in my life! No fridge or microwave in the room. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed that didn’t provide these. Other than the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke at the front door, the hotel appeared to be clean. "
