"We had two rooms for our family. TV didn’t work in both rooms. Internet also not working. We let the front desk know around 5 pm and were told they would call the manager. I checked at 8pm and told he was still coming (no show) breakfast is from 8-9:30 so that wasn’t an option. No coffee or anything in the room and lobby closed."
