"Internet is not pw protected. We chose not to use because it felt insecure. Rooms are spacious and clean enough but outdated and spacious for 4. The free hotel breakfast is outstanding for what it is. We enjoyed the hot, fresh food and friendly staff. Location is very close to the park. "

"We arrived around 10:30 p.m. and the hotel office was closed. We called the number on our reservation and there was no answer. We called the main number for another Ruby property and were told to check in at the hotel next door. They were helpful and we got to our room. Breakfast is served off property at a third Ruby hotel, across the busy street. Who wants to do that? Because everyone had to get in their cars to go to breakfast. The parking lot noise in the morning was very loud and woke us up. The parking lot is right outside your rooms, especially on the 1st floor. Maybe 10 steps from the hotel room to the parking lot. They had a sign in the bathroom that said unlimted hot water brought to you by propane. The hot water lasted maybe 5 minutes. Maybe. We would not stay here again but would probably stay at one of the other Ruby properties. They looked nicer. "

"Ok place to stay in Tropic. The mattresses are in dire need of replacement and the mattress cover makes a noise every time you move. Also, the trash can that appears to be for trash disposal in the parking lot was full and not emptied the entire time we were there. I probably would not go out of my way to stay there again."

"Cabins are small and fairly “cozy”. The cabins are actually two cabins in one so if you don’t have both booked, you may have a neighbor on the other side of the door. Very quiet though and had everything we needed for two days at Bryce."

"Room was clean, breakfast was decent, convenient parking. The area around Bryce Canyon is largely seasonal and there was not much to do in the evening."

"It was a nice property. The only thing I didn’t like was there was a person in the room above me stomping around in very loud shoes while I was trying to go to sleep. "
