Close to Bryce Canyon NP with shuttle bus stop in front. Store is well stocked. Restaurant is convenient but the food is just ok. The rooms are comfortable but the decor is dated.

We stayed two nights and the pool was warm and we went a lot. The restaurant was amazing and the food was great. The staff was helpful and kind. We loved that it was super close to the park. Resting in th pool after a long hike was great. My girls loved the shopping and I liked the food.

Very clean and close to Bryce. A well oiled operation, and first place we found anywhere we’ve visited with 2 king beds.

The amenities are outstanding (the food was excellent). The concern was the room. It looks like we were booked into a handicap room. The shower was a walk in and where the pan meets the tile looks a bit suspicious and gross. We couldn’t use the light because it would flicker worse than a strobe.

It was great to have a shuttle stop for Bryce Canyon right across the street from the hotel. The General Store was very convenient, although very expensive.

Our dinner was very good in the restaurant. We are only 2 miles from the Bryce Canyon National Park entrance. Room was comfortable and clean

Staying at Ruby’s Inn was an experience in itself. It felt like we were staying in a western movie set. The hotel has a grocery store, gift shop, old-timey photo studio and restaurant attached as well as a central and spacious indoor pool. The proximity to Bryce Canyon could not be beat by any other accommodation (save for the one that is inside the park) and there were free shuttles to the Canyon right outside if you didn’t want to deal with parking. The breakfast selection was very good as well. The only downside is that there wasn’t much variety for dinner food- You either ate at the hotel restaurant or got fast food pizza from across the way.

If you dont mind old, tired, and nothing updated for comfort, than this property is for you. Too many guests jammed into a property that severely needs updating of the basics.

We love the vibe and liveliness of the main building. It’s interesting to learn about Ruby Syrett’s family history. The town seems centered around Ruby’s Inn and its affiliated restaurants and businesses. We enjoyed the country music & dinner across the street. Convenient to Bryce Canyon. If we come back to Bryce Canyon in the future, we will certainly stay here again.

There are limited options outside of Bryce Canyon. This hotel is the most convenient and has a restaurant in the hotel. Very active place and good for travelers. The rooms are outside, entry type hotel rooms and somewhat small. You can also hear the people above you only because it seems to be an older place that’s been renovated. It was fine for a short stay. General store next door is very convenient too.

Ok room on 1st floor but extremely noisy ceiling/floor above us as guests walked around their room until about 2 am. 2nd floor very squeaky floor joists/sub floor. Very hard to rest until they stopped moving.

You stay in lodges and have to walk to the main building for anything, which isn't too bad unless you are the lodge furthest from the main building,which we were.The room was outdated and had a bad smell. The sheets had two black shoe/boot prints on them. There was a Laundromat on the premises, but again you had to walk to it. Most places offer free around the clock coffee and/or tea in the lobby, but this place didn't. The place was wayyy overpriced for what you got. Because it consists of lodges all over the place, you had cars going in every which direction, no roads per se, so it was just a drive around free-for-all. There were nice shops across the street except they were all closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I would not stay here again. It was a disappointment.I will say that although you had to walk to the main building for breakfast, the options were pretty good.

Close to Bryce Canyon National Park. I though all rooms were under one roof. I was wrong. I had to walk in the cold to access the indoor pool. Not a deal breaker, but I would have like to know in advance.

Wonderful clean rooms, all the amenities you need, great location to Bryce Canyon (the shuttle to the park is right across the street!), friendly staff, great restaurant on the premises, we also went to Zion national park from here (about 1 hr and 45 min drive, scenic drive). Strongly recommend.

Cannot beat the location, right outside Bryce National Park. Good dining options, great buffet. Shuttle stop and tours are available at the hotel. Onsite laundry always helps.

We arrived at the hotel at late night. It's extremely cold that night. We pulled our luggage and bags from the SUV to the hotel lobby. Finally our room was in another building then we have to put back the luggage to the SUV and drove to that building. The yard was dark and ground was not even. The breakfast is great.
