We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pontresina. The most exceptional experience we had was we forgot an important bag with meaningful and irreplaceable items. House cleaning promptly informed management and Jennifer reached out to us. She then mailed the items to our next hotel and gave us the tracking number. This eased our anxieties quickly and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our trip. 10/10 recommendation and will be staying there again in the future."
