"It was so lovely the minute we stepped in the hotel the reception Zionist was to warm and welcoming. We had a standard room and it was so nice .. modern and spotless.. my friend at breakfast carnt have certain coffees and milk a.. she carnt have coffe from machines . The waiter at breakfast went and her a fresh one and brought to table.. which we have never got from other hotels .. overall we were extremely happy and will be staying again x"

"We had an excellent two-night mini break at this hotel and would happily stay again. The hotel was well maintained, with ample parking, a great bar, and a lovely outdoor patio area that we thoroughly enjoyed in the sunshine. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food. However, it's worth noting that if you book through a third-party site such as Expedia or Hotels.com, access to the spa and swimming pool incurs an additional charge of £10 per person for the duration of your stay. This wasn't made clear at the time of booking and came as a surprise. On our first night, there was some disturbance from a group of local youths driving noisily along the road at the front of the hotel. However, the hotel staff dealt with the situation promptly and professionally, which was appreciated and helped minimise the disruption. The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the local town and the excellent restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly return."

"Spacious public areas, very large car park, reasonable size room and excellent buffet breakfast which was kept topped up until the end of service. Very convenient only a short distance from the M1 and the staff are very welcoming. Only negatives are no lift, only 1 staircase so a long walk to rooms on the far side of the hotel and a bit of updating needed, particularly the carpets. However very clean and rooms have good and quiet aircon. We would certainly recommend and stay here again."
