The hotel was a bit chaotic, as they were unexpectedly missing staff on New year', but in spite of these unfortunate mishaps, the hotel and Echo Lounge restaurant staff went above and beyond to make my accommodations excellent. It was absolutely a great New Year's eve for me at the King and Prince hotel!

Did not see staff. Enjoyed getting a text later in the day to see if we wanted our room cleaned, even though we chose to not have it cleaned in the AM. we declined, it was still very nice to have that option.

Our room wasn’t cleaned one day. Our trash cans were overflowing. One day the housekeeper, I am sure accidentally, threw away a a bag with about 30 to 40 dollars worth of goods in it. The staff was very noce.

Nice older property with excellent location but showing its age. Needs renovation for furniture, tile and dining. Not a venue for middle class families.. $7 for a bagel is just greed and gouging.
