"No fault to the place but it rained the whole time we were there. Made the best of it by touring Leesburg and eating at several restuarants. Not a lot of people around so that was nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Wine tasting was good too"

"When I originally booked this hotel it was for 3 nights and the total was in my budget. Our plans changed and we only needed one night…I wasn’t thrilled that one night was costing me almost the cost of two nights (in the 3 night scenario), but I was changing my plans so I dealt with it. But when I arrived and was told I needed to pay an additional cleaning fee and utility fee…I felt like I was scammed by the hotel AND Expedia! Not cool. I can’t truly compare prices online if hidden fees are added when I arrive! Also, the hotel had ZERO AMENITIES. I’m not sure why you have a kitchenette with nothing in the cabinets. Not a coffee maker, not a toaster, no hair dryer in the bathroom…
The pictures online were probably taken 10 years ago. It is in need of a major update inside. I won’t stay here again, no fault of the staff."
"The pool was not in service.
The breakfast floor was sticky to walk on. There were only two towels in a two queen bed room. The noise level was pretty extreme all around the first floor till about 1am. The coffee area in the lobby was scarce in supplies and the water was tepid. There was one gentleman checking 5 guests in which took some time. There is only milk in the am to use as creamer for coffee in the breakfast area. The showerhead in the bathroom was loose and needed a good cleaning. The sink area crevices needed a good cleaning.
The staff were pleasant. The beds appeared to be clean the carpets appeared cleaned. The lobby was neat. The tavern connected to the hotel was pleasant. The wifi worked."
"This was the first and last time I will stay in this hotel! The bedding was stained and discolored. Had to sleep in my cloths. I had 2 beds in the room and picked the lesser of two evils. My room was in the back of the property where all the meth and drug addicted people were. They were up all night talking in the breezeway. Turn on the light and they scattered like roaches. This happened again at 4 in the morning to where I finally just got up and left. The entire room smelled like wet feet, spider webs on the ceiling, and stains on the toilet and shower tub. I made sure not to touch anything inside this room. When leaving it appeared to have mold around the front window. My room was a dump and the hotel shut down until inspection is done by the health department!"
"I have never stayed in a hotel room so small. I paid for a suite and got a room so small that one of us had to sit on the bed so the other could walk in the room. The bathroom vanity was so small my makeup bag would not fit on it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!"
"Our stay at this hotel was very good. Several restaurants and businesses close by. The only downsides of this location is the parking lot is tight. Anyone who may have a large vehicle would have difficulty, and it would be almost impossible for someone towing a trailer, also there is no elevator. The property is only 2 floors and has accommodations for those who can't negotiate stairs, just be advised it is a small facility. We weren't bothered with this just mentioning for those who may need take them into consideration"
