"Lovely decor and staff very helpful and friendly but was a little disappointed in our lake view room, it was really just a glimpse and considering the hotel felt very empty I would have thought a better view room would have been offered. Also booked this hotel specifically for having a pool but the pool is like a fountain. I guess this is on me for not researching better but having property called a garden hotel I was a little disappointed"

The area itself is near the Como center, which is very helpful, there’s already a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is amazing, Elisabetta and Nino were so wonderful! Definitely recommend staying here!"
