Hotel could do with a revamp. No one on reception when I arrived at 9.30. Waited for 10 minutes. Kitchen closed. No food options. Charged additional €12 to park. Just include in the price.

A lovely hotel, very clean and in an ideal spot for exploring Bruge - right beside the Belfry and Markt. The staff generally were very nice and helpful.
