Parking was the only stressful issue, getting to the location. Holiday made it difficult, probably fine any other time. Available underground (below hotel) was very convenient and bell staff took care of luggage perfectly. Highly recommend the stay. Wonderful

The building was impressive; it was beautiful, elegant and charming. Our room was a great size and the garden view was beautiful and tranquil. Only thing that was a bit of an issue was the internet and TV reception - it was intermittent. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Great hotel in the heart of the town. The parking was easy, in the back. The grounds are beautiful. Attentive staff. The rooms was clean and ample. Nice bathroom (only issue is you cannot get the towel easily from the wall in shower). Excellent breakfast!

This is a lovely, upscale hotel, a little off the tourist areas, but very walkable. Staff was extremely helpful. Our only bump was that the bar service was not top-drawer.

Lovely hotel with fantastic city views from our room. Quiet, very close to the centre and superb breakfast and bar food. Very attentive service - would highly recommend.

Five minutes walk to the nicest square in Brugges. Beautiful and clean hotel. Quiet for the most part. The wing of my room was next to a street and a garage so the noise was continuously.

We were clearly given the worst rooms staring at another building's green mold covered tin roof. It was made clear that we booked with outside people, meaning Expedia. There was no one to park the car, the key did not work and had to be replaced, there was no signage in room to call front desk and I had to go downstairs again, towels and amenities were not 5 star, and overall, I felt we were treated differently. Prices were also lower than what we had paid on Expedia.

Our second time staying at this amazing hotel. The hotel itself is stunning, room was very comfortable. The staff we found really helpful and the breakfast was fantastic- a great way to start your day. Another plus is the location, right in the centre of Bruges!

Palace is right!
This hotel couldn’t have a better name. It is spectacular- it was like staying in a palace. The rooms are lovely - spacious, well appointed. The lounge, bar and restaurant are beautiful - they are each a wonderful place to relax. The restaurant has delicious food. The hotel and restaurant/bar staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. What a great place to stay. A few days in Bruges, staying here is a lovely relaxing way to recharge.

We have stayed here before and perhaps comparing how it used to be to now means I have marked the property down. Don’t get me wrong it’s GOOD - but it’s not as good as it used to be and it doesn’t feel like a 5 star to me any more. Tip toeing towards being a good average, when it use to be very special.
