"Clean room "

"Comfortable beds and spacious rooms; unfortunately, our room had an odd odor and I was very disappointed with not having a microwave in the room. Had to go to the opposite wing to the vending machine area to get to a microwave. This location does not have a gym despite what online claims. Staff informed me that it was closed down 4 months ago 😞. The food is ok. The waterpark is a lot of fun and there is an adults only hot tub. "

"The front desk staffs were friendly and accommodating especially William Hermoza. He is very helpful and did fantastic job duting check in. The housekeeping stsffs did awesome job witn cleanliness and organization of the facility and room. Highly recommended. Very convenient to all amenities and activities. Would book their again. "

"For the price didn’t get much perks by booking through Expedia may reconsider booking directly through the hotel going forward. Vouchers really help and we didn’t get any. Otherwise hotel was clean and comfortable."

"We only stayed one night. We were on the fourth floor with a nice view of the gorge. The kitchen area was excellent and the room was spacious. The breakfast was better than I expected, with lots of choices. The hotel is older and no elevator, but that was not a problem because you can enter on the second floor. It's a pretty decent budget hotel for Niagara."

"Housekeeping service is poor. We had to wait for few hours just to be given towels. However staff are still friendly. Room has a great view but noticed some dust on tables. And bathroom soaps aren’t filled properly. We were given a bottle of empty hair conditioner. "
