"I booked this for the spa and pool. When I got there it was booked out for an event 8:30am-5:30pm both days. I got up at 7:30am to use the pool before the event, I was told I couldn't and managed to convince the man working there to let me in. He said I could only use the pool and 10 mins max and not to use the spa. Very disappointing. Especially since the sign said the event started 8:30am and technically I had a whole hour to use the spa. "

Admittedly we stayed on a midweek, off season stay with no staff onsite at night and the bar closed at 7.00 pm, we were the only people using the pool and it was very peaceful, with beautiful sunsets to enjoy with a glass of wine. The double room was clean and the bed comfortable but very small, almost central London size, would definitely choose a larger room next time. "
