"The hotel it self was well maintained in general/ the elevator was out during the first day of our stay which was inconvenient due to the amount of luggage we had. Not a huge deal for me but I did feel bad for the senior citizens who were ahead of me and placed on the fourth floor. After helping them with their luggage, we took ours up and got settled. "The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....
