"Lovely hotel, in a perfect location. It was very hot when we stayed and our poor little car was melting, the staff kindly allowed us to park in the underground garage. Clean, spacious room, didn’t use the pool as wasn’t there for that long, but would definitely come back "

The breakfast was a true delight – delicious, distinctly French, and featuring some unique and exotic dishes. Our room was a royal experience: beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean; truly fit for a king and queen. This remarkable property transports you to another era and is the perfect base to explore the nearby castles of the Loire Valley."

Luxurious hotel and gardens

"This was truly a gem within walking distance to the town centre. We adored the gardens, lobby and resting areas, and the spacious room and the pool. The interior furnishings were luxurious. The owners have great pride in the place and attention to detail shows at every corner. The only letdown was the small number of staff, that impacts the service a bit. Still it is excellent value nd recommend to stay more than a couple days to truly enjoy the place. "

"Great stay, staff very attentive and friendly! Lovely room we were upgraded to which had fantastic views of the river. Unfortunately, when we went to bed we could only turn aircon down to 21C and it was a hot night. Reported it in the morning and they were going to have a look and rectify problem!"

"Everything was wonderful. I stayed there 5 days and tried everything, le petit déjeuner delicious, le dîner incredible ! Only thing I didn’t know is that I had to pay extra to enjoy the jacuzzi (why isn’t it included ?). I needed it to warm up bc coming from Miami, the drop in temperature was brutal :). But it’s ok I still loved it ! Thank you !"
