"At check in, staff took a while to greet me standing at the checkin desk while they had a personal conversation amongst themselves, which was odd. Once the checkin staff greeted me, however, they were friendly and knowledgable. Hotel has a lot of value-add items like complementary happy hour drinks and complimentary breakfast. Valet staff did not send me a second link to claim my car, so had to wait a few minutes to go in person to request my car, and then wait for them to retrieve car. Overall just a couple minor glitches to what otherwise would have been a perfect stay at a great downtown location."

"The building is gorgeous and the location is great. I got sick and threw up in the bathroom, but housekeeping came fast and took care of it really well — I really appreciated that. But the WiFi was TERRIBLE. It was only around 10 Mbps and pretty much useless. I couldn’t do anything online."
