"Had to wait 20 minutes after arrival because the room i booked was not even clean. The night desk girl said she was going to talk to them about a refund in the morning but of course that didn't happen. Overall dissatisfied with this hotel.would not recommend staying here at all."

"First time at this property. Rate was great, ample parking, room was very clean. Mini-frig and microwave very useful, given that area restaurants were closed early on Sunday night. Interesting concept with no manned front desk but remote access via a tablet in the lobby to connect with support personnel. Tailored to guests with a smart phone, check-in and key issuance is also possible for those without one. Everything about this process worked exceptionally well. Would definitely stay here again!"
