"The most frustrating part was checking in. It was a 'no person' type check in. It was not clear how to get access to your room key. The main TV screen says "Tap to get started". Well, tapped the screen and nothing happened. Didn't know there was a second screen hidden around the corner! Had to call 1-800 to get help. He talked about 'doors'. Yes there was the entrance door, private cupboard doors and private door. However, around the corner there were key cubicle doors that looked like some sort of wall hangings. Never experienced this set-up before and was very confusing for first timer experiencing this type of check in. Would be helpful that there would be a better way to instruct people what to do and how system worked."

"It’s was clean and beds comfy, but we had a very musty smell in our room. I thought once the air was on it would clear it but that was not the case. Our clothes smelled like it after we left."

"Very clean and conveniently located off the interstate. Although the decor is a bit dated, the moose theme was cute. I truly appreciated a quilt instead of a thick comforter. There was a note on top of the fridge that mentioned not using the white towels to clean; use the colored ones instead. Our room had navy towels. I prefer white towels since they can be bleached to disinfect. The guy at the check in desk was no help. He didn’t provide instructions about the trick to open the door and he didn’t provide the WiFi password or where I could get ice or breakfast. Breakfast is grab and go. It’s not a sit down meal."
