Bronsbergen Trip

The cat is a sweetheart! Thank you for the water in the room and all the advice on places to see! Close to the museums to walk to but the bus and tram are right there. The breakfast downstairs is worth the monez for sure. We enjoyed out basement room and our stay.

Great location to see Amsrerdam

Servers in the restaurant were great! Front desk was very helpful! Loved everything!

I was so unsatisfied with a staff behind the buffet counter where they cook and prepare cold cuts. The old lady that was preparing the cold cuts was arranging them WITHOUT WEARING GLOVES! This should NOT be allowed at all! I like the cold cuts but when I saw the way she was handling and preparing them WITHOUT GLOVES… forget it! This has to be corrected!

Good location within a short walk of train station and tram stops. Staff were friendly and very helpful (improvising a vase for our mother's day flowers). Rooms were clean and well-equipped, but there were some style-over-substance design choices (e.g., glass cylinder shower that clogged and overflowed, tiny wash basin). Not many options for food - particularly dinner - without a bit of a walk, mitigated by easy access to trams.
