"Very affordable. Room was very clean. Breakfast was freshly made but nothing to write home about. The parking was difficult and not guaranteed when busy. Garden was neglected as was the sauna and pool area. Trash everywhere. The family owners were very, very quirky. For some reason we couldn’t understand they refused to provide a copy of the bill. Really strange. Restaurant was good and affordable as well. It’s Eberbach!"

"Very nice hotel , food was good, rooms clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. One VERY disappointing aspect was the service staff, B Singh, specifically. Zero personality and very rude. Interacted twice asking for ice and treated my adult daughter with attitude and front desk staff had to intervene as well. Not a good look for hotel."

For cleaning you need to request it, and also the small print is to request by 6am. And even checking in, they pass you the task of completing the registration form on a screen. If it saves some a little cost, they’ll do it here. And who cares about guests - they ask irrelevant personal details on the screen form, too like DOB, which you must complete.
