"Almost perfect - 1) the location was great (I could stroll into old town if I wanted, supermarkets around the hotel were easily accessible, my room had fantastic views), a well-maintained basement parking is a god-sent in winter, the hotel has a good restaurant if you felt lazy heading out for meals.
