This is our eighth stay at this property and this review is really the same for all 8 stays. The property is new, excellent condition, close to the major highway, very friendly staff, safe and clean. We have a couple of issues though, firstly the “hot” breakfast buffet items are always cold. It doesn’t matter what time you come for breakfast, the hot items are cold. This could be greatly improved. In the meantime order some bespoke scrambled eggs so at least that will be warm. The second issue we have is with the uncomfortable mattresses and the uncomfortable pillows. We find the pillows here horrible. They seem soft at first but after a little while they become very hard and uncomfortable. I know that mattresses and pillows vary and everyone has their own opinion, but we stay at numerous hotels a year and this one has by far the most uncomfortable pillows. Lastly, the “air conditioning” whether it’s too hot or too cold doesn’t seem to work. It is unbearably hot in the winter and we found that the AC shuts off at midnight in the summer. This is typical all over Europe but surely a brand new hotel would be able to give their guests the ability to accurately adjust the in-room temperature to whatever they desire efficiently and effectively? Anyways, the hotel overall is great, you should definitely stay here and with a few tweaks it would actually be excellent in our honest opinion.

Nice modern hotel
The hotel is in a good, quiet neighborhood. It is beautiful and modern. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. The hall at the reception is wonderful.

Doesn't live up to the Marriott name
Reservations held with a single card but hotel was notified individual people would use their own cards to pay for their rooms. Hotel agreed that was possible. All rooms for the group were charged to that single card not individual credit cards. Front desk acknowledged the mistake. One desk clerk was happy to help. One seemed like it troubled her to rectify the issue. She must've been the one to make the mistake. Parking is minimal underground. Rooms are average, rugs must not be vacuumed often, they are also stained. Spider found in my bathroom, 7 floors up. Restaurant has very slow service, even when they are not busy. Some nights are buffet style, however I saw the same items at lunch set out at dinner. Not sure how the restaurant serves lunch for a conference and then charges for the same food served 6 hours later for buffet. Double charging to serve leftovers. Sasha at the front desk was amazing. Always had a smile and was willing to help. She deserves a promotion

This hotel is modern and comfortable. It is located outside the old city but within a 20 minute walk so we found it convenient. Staff was friendly and breakfast was plentiful.

arriving at the hotel late in the evening it appeared that no one was there with lights off and a very uneasy feeling. all corridors to the rooms were unlit until walking commenced. again very uneasy feeling. it did not give me a warm feeling at all.

It’s a nice hotel but the rooms are small for the price and the gym is essentially just treadmills with a few freeweights and a alll but useless universal unit . The breakfast is very good !

First time at a Marriott. Lobby was huuuge! This commercial plaza is centered around some beautiful man made ponds. Plenty of birds! A tiny piece of tranquility in the middle of a built up area.

Hotel itself is beautiful, clean rooms and great shower. Breakfast was great quality and selection too, well worth purchasing in advance. However, walking to city centre at night is not very pleasant, it's 15 mins along large motorways with construction works and closures and some parts are very dark. I didn't mind the walk during the day.

The staff at the hotel helped me with so much. I was exhausted from my escape from Ukraine: (Tired, dirty clothes, confused, lack of toiletries, etc). Teh staff helped me take each step one pace at a time. I was able to relax, rest, eat, find stores, clean my belongings, get local orientation with ease. I really enjoy this property. I will definitely stay again. Even the food staff in the breakfast and restaurant bar were patient with me as I stumbled to find my way through the recovery process. Thank You for the Care and Comfort.

Nice, modern hotel, very good service, good breakfast, followed covid restrictions. Only negative is distance from center, not very comfortable for 2 women to walk at night. But tram to center is easy to reach.
