The property and the rooms were immaculate and welcoming as well as spacious. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety and options for different tastes. The staff was readily available and helpful.

There was no staff to find to get breakfast. We booked a queen suite with a jacuzzi and balcony but when we arrived we were given a ground level so had to upgrade (cost was $239 more) We have stayed there 4 times in the past with excellent service, but this time it was a huge waste of money! Comfort Inn Lakeshore
Patio doors hardly slide. Tough to open. Card pads for back door and fitness center are not operational.
