"The staff are consistently amazing. The rooms and communal spaces are so comfortable and inviting. I love this hotel!
My only feedback is that although the breakfast area looks lovely in terms of how the food is presented, some of the hot food was cold and not actually very nice. The eggs were very cold and rubbery ( scrambled) and the pain au chocolat and other pastries were chewy and stale. Slightly disappointing because it’s layout is very appealing.
But I want that to be received positively because I do love this hotel and can’t really fault it"
"The air-conditioning breakdown in my room and the staff were helpful in relocating me to another room very quickly they also extended my stay on a couple of occasions, allowing me to stay in the same room"
"Nice chilled place to stay to break up our journey. Lovely, friendly staff in the motel and diner. We had a lovely meal in the diner next door. Highly recommend the cookies and cream shake with rum for dessert. Nice breakfast the next day and reasonably priced."
"Firstly: Very friendly and helpful staff.. nice welcome at reception and bar had a pleasant server. Rooms were a reasonable size for an overnight stay and mostly clean, though we did find some property of a previous inhabitant which may allude to a slightly less than thorough clean. Great location and price. Car parking is in the next building and though expensive, it was very reasonable for the area and compared to other car parks nearby. Would recommend."
"We enjoyed our stay very much . The staff were very friendly . Loved the room but I didn’t like the disable bathroom . I watch of preferred a bath . Next time I will book a room with a bath . Thank you for being so welcoming."
"The room was great with a view of the street and activity. Location is near train station and also close to center of Bristol so walking to restaurants and exploring was convenient as was the walk to the airport flyer after our stay."
