This is a holiday park. We only arrived late and left earky so dudnt see any staff or use the anenities. Easy late check in arrangements which we had to do at last minute. Easy access and parking. Good for families i would say.

Proximity Waterfront Apartments
Room was clean and had everything we needed. Great view and close to everything. Only downside was the bed in the main bedroom was quite hard and would be great to have blackout curtains in the east facing rooms. Other than that it was great

Very comfortable bed. Amenities very good both in unit and within property. Unfortunately there were no screens on any of the windows nor sliding balcony. Only air conditioning no matter the weather.
