Bed was comfy and clean. Towels were soft. Amenities were basic. The main problem was the lift smelt and external carpets were dirty. Only one staff on reception so phone never gets answered. They had lost my booking and took about 20 mins to find it. Not the staff member's fault but their systems. ...
