"The room was old and poorly maintained. Also the room next to ours. Was being renovated. Banging on our wall throughout both days. Very disappointed with the stay"

"We had an amazing stay at AKA Hotel West Palm Beach and can’t recommend it enough! The property itself is absolutely beautiful—modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a calm, upscale feel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive to the beach. It made getting around West Palm Beach so easy while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and a special thank you to Aneil and Bradley who went above and beyond for us. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out and made our stay that much more memorable. We left feeling relaxed, well taken care of, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!"

"Old outdated property. Room smelled like cigarettes and mold. Not up to par. Went to front desk 5 mins after check in and requested a refund and left to another hotel. I booked through hotels.com and they said I needed to call them. I called and they said they need to speak with property. Still waiting on my refund."

The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the environment was. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay."
