"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Stayed here on a number of occasions. Always find the mattress too hard and the pillows too soft and the road noise a little distracting.
