"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "We stayed at Hideout Hotel over the weekend and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotless, stylish and very comfortable, with a great sense of space and really well-thought-out facilities. The location is excellent – everything is easily accessible – and check-in and access were very straightforward. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was wonderfully quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay. The bathroom was a real highlight too: a lovely shower and bath, with plenty of room to unwind. Overall, the size of the apartment and the quality of the finish made it feel like great value for money. There were only a couple of very minor points: there was a slight smell in the fridge (although it was clearly very clean), and a small seated area for doing make-up – or a portable mirror for the table – would have been a helpful addition. These were tiny details in what was otherwise an excellent stay. We would absolutely return and happily recommend Hideout Hotel to others."
