"The rooms are a nice size. It is right next to the lake and has a nice patio with a fire pit. The location is great to walk to the shops in Canal Park, the boardwalk or to restaurants across the highway. The pool and hot tub were nice. The hotel is family oriented so the pool and hot tub had lots of kids. Overall we would stay again. "

"This place is fantastic and we would definitely stay again. Very comfortable bed and lovely room. Perfect temperature control. The hotel is quieter than most places we’ve stayed, very relaxing and in a quiet neighborhood. Our room was accidentally not ready for us when we arrived, and the staff over the phone got us checked in immediately in another available room. Expedia should really get their ducks in a row with this business. Logistically Expedia does things in a way that prevents the guest from receiving the check in text that you are supposed to get from Salyards. This leaves the guest to have to reach out to the hotel directly to receive check in information, as there is no staff on site."
