Amazing little spot near the river
Great little spot between the main road and the river. Our host was amazing and welcoming. Unit was spacious for 2 people, and had everything we needed for our stay.

The property is in beautiful, quiet area and close to the town centre. The property owners are very nice and helpful people. Very clean and tidy.

Great communication from the very friendly managers. Very well appointed units, with everything you could ask for - including a coffee machine! Beautiful treed lawn area extends down to the riverside where you can relax with a cuppa or glass of wine. It's just a short walk to town too. We would absolutely stay there again

Beautiful spot backed onto the river and walking track, easy walk into town meant I didn't need to drive much. Clean accommodation, all the amenities I needed were available and staff very friendly and helpful. Great price too. Will definitely be back.

Great family stay in Bright
Fantastic family stay in Bright at Goldfields. Great hospitality from Marco and Sam. Location fantastic a few minutes walk to town, and great to have the river and canyon walk right off the property. The unit had everything we needed, and there is also a washing machine on the property. Would stay here again!

The unit we stayed in was exceptionally well presented and looked like it had recently been Renovated. It was clean, bright and modern. The full sized lounge suite complete with recliners was a welcome sight at the end of a busy day sightseeing and walking. The bed was very comfortable With plenty of extra blankets if needed. The extremely well equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The couple running the units (I am having a complete mental blank and can’t remember their names) were both lovely and welcoming. With just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of town and the river running right behind the property, My husband and I both agreed that when we return to Bright we will not bother looking for alternate accommodation we will just book at Goldfields again. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Marco and Samantha were wonderful hosts. Communication was great and they went out of their way to help us with some arrangements for our holiday. The unit was very clean and tidy, had everything we needed for our trip to the snow. Will definitely be returning to stay at Goldfield Holiday Units.

We were very happy with our stay. The unit was very clean, and well equipped. Lovely location - only a short stroll to the river. Free wifi with reasonable speed. The only thing thing that could have made it more perfect would be a slightly more comfortable bed (the double bed mattress was just a little hard for our liking)

Blobbing in Bright
We really enjoyed our stay in Bright. The hotel was located right near the river and there were plenty of great walking trails nearby. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was spacious and comfortable. All the facilities we needed were there. The owners were friendly and helpful. The area was a beautiful place to have a break. Easy walk to the shops if you wanted to.

Cozy property close to everything
Marco and Sam were great hosts, with excellent knowledge of the area and recommendations. The property was perfect for us. The full kitchen enabled us to eat in, the spa enabled us to unwind after lost of walks and trekking. The location is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I called prior to arriving to advise I would be a little late. They were very understanding and put on the aircon so it would be warm on arrival. Lovely quiet little spot, only 5 mins walk to the middle of Bright

Well, what a find!
We arrived to a warm welcome from Marco. Our unit was excellent and sooooo clean, I am a very fussy person but could not find any faults. We had everything we needed to make our stay so enjoyable. The gardens just looked beautiful in all the autumn colours. We would have no hesitation in recommending the accommodations to friends and family? We look forward to our return.

Thoroughly unexpected, convenient and delightful
We were wonderfully surprised. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very spacious, very clean and beautifully appointed. It was a short walk to Bright along the river so convenient to the shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Have already highly recommended it to all the family as suitable for couples and families.

Very clean and comfortable unit
I stayed here during the Spartan weekend in Bright and loved it! Very clean, comfortable room with all the amenities for a longer stay. The host, Sam, was lovely and allowed me to make a late check in. I hope to stay here again next year!

Best Value in Bright
My family love staying at the Goldfield Holiday Units. From the complimentary chocolates on arrival to the free wi-fi. Units are always clean, and I love the pod coffee machine. The town centre, and many restaurants, are just a short walk away. Samantha and Marco are great hosts and provide more than just a place to stay. Thanks guys, we'll be back.

Close to city centre and comfy beds
The place is good except the electric blanket was not working in the first bedroom for the double bed , microwave is not very easy to operate and the cooking pans are not good . There are no non stick cookware and our food didn't cook properly(almost stuck) in the cookware provided. I am to an extent impressed for some of the services provided like a coffee machine , very comfy beds and a clean apartment. Overall comfortable stay.

Great accommodation with small family, super clean and cosy and even switch on the heater prior our arrival to check in during winter. Very kind and helpful hotel personnel. Nice location with small stream at the back of the hotel and great leasure for the family for outting.

Goldfields is an exceptionally well equipped holiday unit. It was very clean with plenty of little homely touches such as chocolates, throws and cushions and a coffee machine was appreciated. Direct access to the river as well as BBQ and playground for guest use

Thank you for your review and comments. We appreciate your comments on our units, we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, clean and just a few little extras for your enjoyment. Our location is one of very few with direct access to Ovens River and proximity to town.

Immaculately clean
We loved our weekend in Bright and the accomodation was immaculately presented with little extras like the coffee machine with pods and wifi. Our hosts we're very friendly and helpful and we will be rebooking with them for next year.
