"This hotel is beautiful with a great fitness center. Everything was 5 stars except we experienced some inconvenience due to the lack of AC in our room, Granted they are making updates and repairs so I think we were in the middle of that. They worked with us and we wound up being satisfied after several room relocations. I would definitely book here again. It’s convenient to everything! The staff was phenomenal."
"Accessible room large and comfortable. Wheel in shower easily accessible to me as a lone traveller with a wheelchair. Staff helpful. Good value for money and great location "
"Hotel was ok. Unfortunately a few things let it down. The net curtains had stains on. There was shower wash and combined shampoo/conditioner - that was it! I would have expected a few more things, maybe body moisturiser. Shower caps would have been nice as the shower head wasn't adjustable. The hotel is advertised as having a spa, so would have expected robes in the room, however, to be honest you couldn't really call it a "spa". There was a pool and a sauna. There wasn't anywhere to relax once you'd been in the pool or sauna. So we didn't use either facilities. The room wasn't cleaned one day. We left the towels in the bath to be replaced but they were just folded up and left. Nothing else was touched in the bathroom or bedroom that day. When I enquired about it, I was told they were very busy that day and didn't get round to our room. They did however bring clean towels that evening and replacement coffee sachets. Toilet seat needed to be fixed. Incorrect info re buses and directions from reception staff. On a positive note the beds were quite comfortable. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was nice - good selection. I'm not sure I would rate it a 4* hotel."
"Breakfast was good, staff very friendly except the bartender girl with the septum piercing, she kind of acted a little annoyed when you asked her for a drink, other than that everything was good with this place."
