"Take-a-way packed breakfast very poor. Not much selection. Dry croissants. Evening meal very average, restaurant had no atmosphere. Very expensive, hotel takes advantage of being only one on site at Bristol Airport. Expect more for the price charged."
"Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay.
Although the restaurant was not particularly busy, our food arrived only lukewarm and our drinks were initially forgotten. The meals tasted more like pre-prepared frozen food than freshly cooked dishes. As a result, we chose not to dine in the restaurant again during the evenings. I did not have breakfast myself, but my partner said it was good value for the price.
Our room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. Towels were changed daily when left on the floor. However, the shower gel appeared quite watered down.
One drawback was the lack of a quiet area to work or take private phone calls. I was directed to a space behind the lifts, but it was still too noisy for a confidential conversation.
The hotel advertises limited parking, but there were always plenty of spaces available whenever I returned.
Overall, this hotel is a good choice for a short leisure stay in the area, but it is less suited to business travelers who need quiet spaces for meetings or calls."
"Always a pleasure turning up here, staff always recognise me & greet me well. one of the best nights sleep for a while, mattress was divine & didn't actually want to wake up.
Bathroom & room were spacious with good WIFI for working on my Laptop. Shower was strong & perfect temperature & finally in morning had a great breakfast. Sausage, Bacon & Hashbrowns were fantastic. only small criticism is eggs at breakfast. i do like poached or light scrambled. choice could have been there but I didn't ask.
overall great stay & in a brilliant position for the City centre bars, restaurant's etc."
"A very warm welcome by the member of staff at the front desk. Easy check in. Clean hotel and room. Easy control system to work the air conditioning and heating.
Not too far from the town centre, small shop near by and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance"
"Not the staff's fault, but for the second time staying here the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Previous time it stopped after about 20 seconds. Last night the entire hotel was evacuated into the car park to stand in the freezing rain for 30mins at 1am. No offer of compensation or apology on check-out. Again, not the staff's fault (presume guest smoking) but not staying here again as full night's sleep seems tricky to acheive!"
"Great location and the staff were super helpful (Richard) they have a car park that was gated and secure, watch out for the seagulls on the top floor of the car park as they are nesting there.
Breakfast was excellent and a great selection. The bar service was excellent too!"
