In addition, there was no hot water available the evening I arrived or the following morning. These issuesmade my stay quite inconvenient, and I wanted to make sure the hotel was aware so they can be addressed. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter. "The lakeview room was nicer, but windows were too dirty to take photographs. The bed and pillows were comfortable and room was clean. The bath was a little dated. The restaurant was expensive and food not that good. Had a BBQ burger that had a horrible texture and was served cold. Recommend going off site for dinner. The breakfast buffet was better. There is a resort fee, but at this time of year, the pool area is cooler and the hot tub was crowded, not worth the $21 per night."
