My room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet — a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities (especially the free Wi-Fi and mini fridge) made it easy to settle in and feel at home. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention for their consistent professionalism and friendliness. The location was also perfect — close to local dining, easy freeway access, and safe surroundings. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations: fresh coffee, hot options, and a clean dining area that never felt overcrowded. What really made the difference, though, was how consistent and thoughtful everything felt. This wasn't just a quick stop — it felt like they genuinely cared about my comfort. "Sometimes it's the small things that make all the difference. We stopped here for a quick overnight and everything was exceptional. The small extra topping on the cake was the best coffee I've had at a hotel in a long time. Excellent hotel."
