beautiful rooms! the pictures online do not this place justice! rooms are spacious, quiet, clean organized and property rules, questions and emergencies are within the unit its wonderful! the pool is nice and relaxing!

Not worth the price they charged. It's out in the middle of nowhere, no dining nearby and the place overcharges.

Ruth we are so sorry our wonderful resort did not fit your needs. Most restaurants in our area are a mile or two away. Many guests choose or resort over being in downtown Hyannis and also because they love our bayside beaches.

This facility is clean and well-run. The units are spacious and offer good amenities -- full kitchen, modern TVs, etc. WIFi functions well.

Brewster Green was a very nice property. We enjoyed our stay there. We had day trips planned throughout our visit, so this was a very central area for us to stay. We did not use the pools, or anything like that, because we were so busy exploring the Cape. I would certainly recommend. It was not too crowded as we were off season, but I do think parking at your particular condo could be an issue when the resort is full.

Pleasant surprise. Last minute trip to the cape,looked at offerings on website. Brewster Green was offered at a great rate.Reviews looked good. When we arrived, we realized this wasnt a hotel! Nice condo/timeshare complex. Our "room" ended up being a 2-bedroom,2 bath unit that had a fireplace, full kitchen, washer dryer, rear patio with a grill. The grounds included a basketball court,tennis court,pool and playground.Only stayed for one night but we will return with the extended family in the future

Very clean unit! Spacious and private. Nice pool- big and felt semi- heated. Nice hot tub and even has a sauna. Only bummer was having to leave!

Top service even during a blizzard
We arrived a day before a blizzard. During the storm they stayed in contact with us by phone from the club house. The maintenance folks cleared the walks and parking space. Everyone went over and above to ensure our comfort and safety.

We had a great 2 bed room and it was super clean. The staff was great and very helpful. The pool and hot spa was so great and the changing room was great. I would say one of the best places we have stayed at.

It was great, we have been coming to Brewster Green for years with my family. This year we were thrilled to find another unit on hotels.com to accommodate our growing family. Only issue we had was there were squirrels in the wall.

This was my second time staying here. It’s the perfect size. Has everything I need. Is close to beaches, golf, bike trail. The price is very reasonable. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Had an issue with keys. Within 10 minutes, maintenance was there and fixed the issue. Made sure we were completely satisfied. This is my go-to anytime I will visit the cape. Highly recommend it.

This condo was perfect for our stay and we wish we would have booked it for our entire time on the Cape! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The facilities were nice with all the amenities you’d expect. The condo was roomy and comfortable. We had a full day of rain during our stay and this was a great place to rest and relax! The kitchen had all the basics and was clean. The location worked well for our exploring. We didn’t mind that it wasn’t on the water because getting to a beach is pretty easy from the location. We will definitely stay here again!

"Incredibly Huge"
This place was so spacious that I didn't realize there were two bathrooms until I went to bed. It's larger than my condo. I was very comfortable and despite a kind of a musty smell, I think this would be a good option for a family, some friends or a mixed group. It was way too much space for a solo mission, but it was quite comfortable and the price was reasonable. The pool and playground looked great, and easily accessible.

Peace that surpasses all!!
Brewster Resort is such a tranquil and awesome place. Anyone who travels there will not be let down by your accommodations. There is even a working wood fireplace and you can purchase the logs right at registration. My wife and I will definitely be returning
