Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent food. Clean room with comfortable beds and hot showers. Spa was under construction which no one told us before we booked.

Hotel Gaivota Azores
The hotel was super clean at all times, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast (both buffet and à la carte) was perfect every single day! We loved our beds and and the proximity to restaurants and shops.
