The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...

Great hotel, clean, good amenities (lovely spa and lounge areas), big stylish room (comfort double with balcony) and helpful staff. Large amount of breakfast options as well - perfect start for our Alta Via 2 trek.

This is a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is an absolute must during your stay, absolutely delicious food in a stunning setting, breakfast was served in the same restaurant and was just as delicious.

Very nice hotel, would be very happy to stay again. Stayed for the Maratona Dles Dolomiti on the 1st weekend in July. Stayed half board - we arrived late on the first night and they'd kept some dinner for us in our room - great! On request they'd prepared a packed breakfast the night before the Maratona - again superb. The food was all top quality too - for evening meals there was a large buffet for starters, then a choice of 3 options for 1st and 2nd courses, and a big list of desserts...

Staff were lovely and really helpful, the hotel and room were stylish, the bed was really comfy and the location was central.

Very professional and helpful staff.vgreat location, beautiful building and room. We had a great time.

A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had.

I booked without much notice, sfter

Everything was great

The air conditioning works! A rare feature on this holiday! The reception was helpful. Parking was safe and secure. Breakfast was simple but enough. Close to the old town.

A fantastic choice if staying in Bolzano. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and in a shaded outdoor area which is ideal if having an afternoon drink out of the sun. Very clean. Close to all attractions. Would highly recommend.
