Wir haben die Unterkunft über Expedia gebucht und eine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten. Um 20 Uhr abends vor dem Termin rief eine Frau an und erklärte mir, dass das Albergo geschlossen sei bis Mai. Super gemacht! Wir haben dann vor Ort ein Hotel gebucht.

DA DIMENTICARE

Camera minuscola. Muffa nella doccia. Ragnatele sulle luci. Porta di entrata rotta. UNA FREGATURA TOTALE! Il proprietario ti chiama prima che arrivi per dirti che c è un piccolo problema con la stanza e quindi sarà “leggermente più piccola” e “senza balcone” come invece c è scritto su questo sito! Arrivi e trovi un loculo 3 metri per 3 dove la superficie calpestabile non esiste.serratura d entrata rotta, porta del bagno che nn si apre completamente perchè batte nel bidet e water su cui non ci si puo sedere dritti perchè proprio davanti c è la doccia attaccata. Nella doccia il doccino incrostato di calcare e muffa sia sulle pareti. Alle mie lamentele la titolare dice che “un po di muffa e ragnatele non hanno mai ucciso nessuno” e se volevo potevo andarmene...e dove trovo un altro albergo all ultimo dell anno alle 19?! Ho dovuto pagare comunque il prezzo concordato. Se voi del sito vedeste dove ho dormito e come era descritto sulla pagina mi rimborsereste. DA DIMENTICARE

Oasi di pace sul Lago di Garda

Per noi è stata un'esperienza positiva. L'albergo, circondato dal verde, si trova in una frazione di Castelletto di Brenzone, a circa 500 m di altitudine,sul lago di Garda. Gode di una vista spettacolare del lago, cucina semplice e nostrana. C'è anche il forno a legna per la pizza. La nostra camera era pulita e dotata di un'ampia terrazza vista lago. La gestione famigliare, socievole ma al contempo riservata, accentua positivamente il senso di tranquillità e relax del luogo. E' presente anche un sentiero, che per gli amanti delle camminate, permette di accedere al lago. Che volere di più? solo tornarci!
