"Laundry was fine room needed upgraded the restaurant in the facility was dirty poor service and I make a dine in walk in telling me to is going to be around 45 minutes to be served and they never called me back or anything "

"This property was awesome! The only problem we had was with the hotel bartender, she was very nice and we had an awesome evening, but we cashed out and accidentally left our prepaid Visa card with our signed bill. We went down first thing the next morning and manager said nothing was turned in from the bartender. We later saw the bartender and she stated that she only had one card that someone left and she turned it in to the front desk. I guess someone’s not telling the truth!"

"We enjoyed our stay. I had called ahead of time to make sure we were able to be near our friend that was traveling with us. We we able to get adjoining rooms. enjoyed being able to get up and have a bite to eat before enjoying our day in Pensacola. Hotel was close to many things to do and places to drive. We enjoyed the beach seating, as it was to windy and cool to swim in pool. Thank you to the great staff. "

"Great price. Friendly staff. Free breakfast and parking. Good location near water and 10min from airport. Pool was not open - unsure if it was only for day but we werent around to use it anyways. Comfy clean rooms and beds. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Overall we weren’t dissatisfied with the stay, relative to the price per night. But we probably wouldn’t stay again. The room was fine, but the amenities are very light and the property overall isn’t well maintained. Our biggest concern was that the exterior door that faced Sharon Ln didn’t lock. It seemed very incongruent with the signs just outside the door and inside the room that warn against human traffickers."
