Rooms are clean. Outdoor social area could use some cleaning. Grilling area was in disarray. Would love to play cornhole but could not find the bags for the game. Would be nice to have to find some direction on how to get bags. I was excited to see a nice breakfast. I will stay again.

Staff was great. Appearance from outside was nice. Room was a disaster, ac screamed most of the time. TV was very small and poorly positioned. Tack strip between carpet and tile had nails sticking up. Breakfast was disappointing.
