The property sits beside the Weser and is about 15-20min walk to the old town, very convenient. New and nicely furnished rooms. The only downside was that a half-used bottle of the body lotion was found amongst the bottles in the toilet, guess the chamber maid forgot to replace it with a new one.

Wonderful!
I could not say one bad things about our Easter stay; it was really great! The room was comfy, the morning buffet was tasty. Waking up to the Lindt chocolate Bunnies outside guests' doors Easter morning was a charming detail. Thank you for a great stay.

Good location on the River
Since I had no status and booked the lowest priced at hotel.com, the room was tiny and the promised city view was at a wall on the third floor. The room was stuffy and hot as the the temperature control was confusing to operate or it did not work at all. The check in was very slow. I waited in line for 30 min when I arrived at 4 pm. Everything was blamed on Covid procedure but there were only two people checking in about 12 guest in front of me.

Nice and spacy room with a great view over the Weser, good and comfy bed. As in most hotels blankets are way too warm for summer season.

The restaurant at the Hotel is perfect and meals are really delicious. I really suggest rib eye steak and ceaser salad :)

Modern hotel in Bremen
I stayed here for one night on a business trip to Bremen. The hotel is very new and situated in a part of Bremen that is being redeveloped. Being new the condition of the hotel and amenities is very good. The room l stayed in had a partial view of the river and the Chilli Club restaurant, where a colleague and I ate in the evening (think Wagamama’s but with higher prices but more relaxed). My colleagues room was on the other side of the hotel and he did mention that freight trains rumbling over the bridge woke him during the night. On my side of the hotel I didn’t hear a thing! Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice of cereals, fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, etc. My only quibble is that for a modern hotel the room did not have a USB socket for charging phones, tablets, and the like. Or if it did I couldn’t find it.

A very modern, beautifully located place to stay
This is a great choice for anyone that wants to explore this magnificent Hanseatic City with its beautiful historic buildings, churches and monuments. The hotel overlooks the Weser River and it is an easy walk by the water on the "Schlachte" to get to the "Altstadt". The hotel offers a delicious breakfast buffet, parking is very convenient at minimal cost, and it is one of the few hotels that has an exercise room--too bad the sauna was out of order.

Beautiful Hotel and location
A friend and I stay at the Steigenberger Hotel, it’s an absolute beauty with great views and very clean. The only downside was that they charge you extra to bring your food and drinks up. I have never heard of this and trust me I have stayed at many hotels. Another thing I picked up on was not being able to do a late check out. The hotel wasn’t busy and it was a Sunday, a couple of hours in the room wouldn’t do any damage.

Lovely staff. Good facilities. Close to city centre. Double beds are in fact two single beds pushed together not ideal for couples. Hotel is accommodating and of high atandard

Clean but faulty
There were some issues in the gym, no sanitary wipes for two days, half of the equipment wasn’t working correctly and we had a very flaky volume switch in our bathroom. On the good side I have to say it was a very clean hotel and would go there again.

Very good riverside modern hotel
Hotel chosen for proximity to a venue. Room very good, bed extremely comfortable and great shower. Breakfast not eaten as very expensive. Hotel restaurant food excellent although menu limited. Some noise from nearby railway/road. Helpful staff.

Good hotel for car travellers
Good location if you are passing by but still want to be able to see the city. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Only critique is that the wifi did not work.
